The Dallas Furniture Bank extends support to individuals in need by providing furniture, household items, and other essential resources. If you require assistance with furniture delivery or access to complimentary furnishings, please read further.

What is the Dallas Furniture Bank?

The Dallas Furniture Bank is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing furniture to families transitioning out of homelessness.

Recognizing that a house is not a home without basic furniture, the organization collaborates with various agencies to help families in need. Through generous donations and volunteer efforts, Dallas Furniture Bank aims to create a sense of normalcy and stability for those facing housing challenges.

In the Co-Founder Letter, Sheryl Fields Bogen and Jerry Szor, founders of the Dallas Furniture Bank, stated, "We started the agency after realizing there was a gap in the continuum of services for families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness or otherwise in need of household furniture."

Since its establishment in 2003, the Dallas Furniture Bank has made a profound and lasting difference in the lives of over 15,000 individuals. Through strategic partnerships with more than 40 non-profit agencies, they have successfully delivered essential resources to those who need them most.
