The questions we answer most, across customers, movers, and stores.

Every order comes with a live tracking link, and you get a text at each step — assigned, picked up, on the way, delivered. Open the link to see the driver on the map and their ETA, or message them directly.

You can cancel or reschedule from the order page in the app or from your tracking link. Timing matters — see the cancellation policy for when fees apply, or email us and we'll sort it out.

Email support with your order number and photos of the damage as soon as you can. Every pro on Laborhutt carries moving insurance while your goods are on the truck, and delivery photos and signatures are filed to the order, so claims move quickly.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once issued, they typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If it's been longer, email us with your order number.

Payouts are handled through Stripe and land directly in your bank account. You can see every order's earnings in the mover app. Payout not showing? Email support from the address on your mover account.

List your truck and we'll take you through onboarding — background check, insurance and license documents, and your vehicle details. Most drivers are approved and taking orders within days.
