Moving Job: Townhome to Storage Unit

Looking to move items from my townhome into a storage unit located a 10-minute drive from my apartment. The items to be moved include: 1 queen bed with an adjustable bed frame, 1 84-inch sectional couch, 1 kitchen cart, 1 trunk, 1 mattress, 1 TV, and approximately 30-40 boxes of various sizes (small, medium, large). I will be renting a U-Haul truck for this move.
