Moving Job: Townhouse Items

I need a mover to help me move a few items from my townhouse. The items to be moved include: 2 queen size mattresses, 1 full size bed with bed frame, 1 desk and chair, 1 downstairs sofa, 1 chair, 3 pieces of furniture, 1 wooden center table, 1 TV, and a few boxes. Additionally, I have a microwave and a crockpot to move. This is a manageable load, so nothing too much.
