Could I get some help moving a few items in Jersey City?

I'm looking for two movers to help me move some items within Jersey City. I have a mattress, a couch, a piece of furniture, a table, two boxes, a TV, a dresser, a desk, and a bed. It's all local, so no long distance. If you could help at a reasonable rate, I would appreciate it!
