Furniture and Desk Return and Exchange at IKEA

I need two movers for this job to pick up the following items from my house: 1 piece of furniture and 1 desk. The movers will return these items to any IKEA location to ensure I receive a refund. Additionally, I would like to request a replacement for the storage chest in a different color. This can only be done at the Hicksville location, as the item is not available elsewhere at the moment. Therefore, the movers will need to pick up the two items from my house, return one, exchange the other at the Hicksville location, and drop the exchanged item back at my house.
