Moving a Chair with Steps Involved

We need to move one chair and one other item. The chair requires two strong people to handle it due to the logistics involved. There are about 8-10 steps down from the current location of the chair. The new location is easier, with only 2 steps up to the front door. The chair should be placed in the room immediately upon entering the front door.
