Moving one small bedroom to studio - east village to west village

Hi there, I am moving out of my bedroom and moving to a studio. I really just need help getting a mattress down from the second floor to the car, and just like two bags of luggage. Also then getting the mattress up to the new apartment. If you know how to remove a window AC unit and install it into the new studio, I can also pay for that.
