Can anyone help me move some boxes and furniture from Kentucky to Ohio?

I'm looking for help to move a few items from Nancy, KY to Dayton, OH. I have one box and one piece of furniture to transport. It’s about 188 miles, so I need a reliable mover to get these items safely to my new place. If you could give me an estimate based on that, I’d really appreciate it!
