Need some help moving from Philly to Jersey City!

I'm looking for a couple of strong and reliable movers to help me transport a small bedroom's worth of items from Philadelphia to Jersey City. I have a mattress, a study table, two chairs, and six boxes that need to be moved. The distance is about 80 miles, so I could really use some assistance making this go smoothly. Thanks in advance!
