Could someone help me move some furniture locally?

I'm looking for someone to help me move a few items within Richmond, BC. The move is just a short 3-mile trip from my place to a nearby location. I need to transport a mattress, a couch, a bed, a table, and some boxes. The pick-up is from a 3rd floor apartment, but there’s an elevator available, which should make things a bit easier.
