Moving a Table and Chairs from Brooklyn to Manhattan

We need to move a round table with 6 chairs from a 4th floor subway-type apartment in Brooklyn to a spacious apartment with an elevator in Manhattan. The table and chairs will need to be carried down four flights of stairs at the Brooklyn location, as there is no elevator. Additionally, we will also be moving another round table with 5 chairs from the Manhattan building, which has an elevator.
