Who is St. Vincent de Paul?

St. Vincent de Paul (1581-1660) was a Catholic priest from France who devoted his life to helping the poor and marginalized. He founded the Congregation of the Mission, an order of priests dedicated to serving the poor and educating seminarians, which is today known as the Vincentians.
