After your job has been completed, you can leave a star rating and review for the helper you worked with. This is a great way to share your experience and help other clients find the best moving helpers in the future.
To submit a review, start by visiting your helper's profile and scrolling down until you find the "add a review" button.
When writing a review, you have the option to rate your experience with your helper on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. A rating of 1 denotes a poor experience, while a rating of 5 signifies an excellent one. Remember, written reviews will be visible to the public.
Provide honest and factual feedback, focusing on the task's performance rather than commenting on another user's character.
Refrain from posting inappropriate content, such as profanity, personal insults, slurs, threats, harassment, lewdness, hate speech, or bigotry. Also, avoid posting anything that violates our Terms of Service.
Do not accept reduced payment or forfeit payment in exchange for a positive review.
Only discuss the performance of the task itself; any feedback about the platform should be directed to support@laborhutt.com.
Submit your review in a timely manner, within 30 days of task completion, and ensure that your comments are relevant to the task's performance.
Limit your review to one per job.
Respect the privacy of other users by refraining from posting personal information about them.
